This product is excellent for my extreme workouts and non stop exercise in comparison to mainstream amino protein powder supplements which don’t contain 23 amino acids for the body but most contain only 3 amino acids and a lot of whey powder as a catalyst. Most people just pull anything off the shelf that says protein powder and go to the gym maybe not even absorbing much of the product they’ve purchased.
