The flavor is perfect. Not too sweet and refreshing watermelon…yum! My hydration has improved and my energy has improved. I’m on my third bottle. My son has been using it to increase his electrolyte intake since he plays football and it’s so hot. He has noticed a big difference too.I bought this per their recommendation of my trainer. In the beginning i only drink this when working out and found that it really gave me that extra energy. With the gym being closed due to this pandemic, I started drinking this at work. It really works. I really don’t drink coffee so this is coffee for me. I found that I could stay awake at nights even on my 4th or 5th night I’m on duty. It has a great taste too. This is yummy and makes me feel hydrated and focused.
