Since taking this product the difficulty I used to have in climbing stairs, walking, cutting the grass, etc. is greatly diminished. It is the first of September and I was able to cut the grass, though slowly, for the first time all summer-after using this product. It is amazingly helpful in reducing muscle fatigue and weakness. The only negative for the product is that it does not dissolve in water or juice for me (non-acidic juice is all I tried). The dose is too large to put into capsules as it would either take very large capsules or too many smaller capsules. When I consume the powder, I drink the small clumps of powder that form in the liquid. There is no taste to the product, so for the benefit, I don't mind the small clumps. However, others have noted in their reviews that the powder dissolves in water.It is all important to produce immunity to viral infections and to produce a immunity to all forms of sicknesses,,,a component to the fountain of life.Great for those who are manually adjusting your BCAA's. I was previously very athletic and in great shape but took about a decade off of working out between work and kids I had no real time. Getting back and using this for my own manual BCAA formula has been awesome. Either way it works and my skin is Fabo.I've been using this product for a week. I am in the process of a dramatic weight loss and have gone from a sedentary, desk bound life style to one with cardio and weight lifting. As I want to increase muscle mass while concurrently decreasing fat, I have read that this is one of three supplements to add to my regimen. Although still early in this process, I have increased muscle mass a tiny bit while making real progress in decreasing my fat percentage.
